Christina Kelly

Ms. Kelly has been associated with the trucking industry since 1987, holding various positions including as an over the-road driver, in Customer Service, Operations, Director of Fleet Recruiting and Safety Consultant.  Ms. Kelly has been the CEO and President of Kelmar Safety since its beginning in 2002.  Kelmar Safety is a Safety consulting firm and safety service provider to the trucking industry in which she provides evaluation, training and education to the clients.  Ms. Kelly’s experience allows her to evaluate all aspects on commercial trucking issues, including truck driver performance, transportation business practices, safety programs, and compliance with federal regulations.

Ms. Kelly has testified in deposition as an expert witness in truck litigation.  She has co-authored an E-Learning program on Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors.  She is a member of the National Safety Council and has been a certified Defensive Driving Course-Professional Truck Driver instructor since 2002, and holds certifications as a Drug Screen Collector (DSC) and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
