John Whitaker, A.C.T.A.R.

Mr. Whitaker holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and holds accreditation as an Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (#1201).  Mr. Whitaker is also certified as a Crash Data Retrieval and Analysis Specialist.  He was employed with Veridian Engineering for 12 years prior to coming to Wolf Technical Services.  During his tenure with Veridian, Mr. Whitaker managed and performed numerous analyses involving high-performance aircraft.

Mr. Whitaker has completed all the Northwestern Center for Public Safety courses in Accident Investigation, the University of California, Riverside University Extension course in Investigation, Reconstruction and Determination of Injury Mechanisms for Low-Speed Impacts, and a photogrammetry course in the use of PhotoModeler software.

Mr. Whitaker is an active member of SAE and the National Association of Traffic Accident Reconstructionists and Investigators (NATARI).

Currently, Mr. Whitaker conducts accident reconstruction investigations and continues to testify as an expert witness in this area.
