Tom Wood

Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology and an Associate of Science Degree in Architectural Technology from the Purdue University School of Engineering and Technology at Indianapolis (IUPUI).  He has experience in both residential and light commercial construction.  He has owned his own residential construction company for ten years, providing customer focused design and build service for both new home construction and remodeling.  Mr. Wood’s experience also includes providing investigative services to realtors and private individuals for real estate purposes. 

His specialties in residential construction and light commercial construction are building envelope evaluation (roofing material, flashing systems, and exterior wall cladding), moisture intrusion investigation and analysis, foundation and basement water intrusion evaluation, construction defect analysis, building failure investigation and analysis, building code and standard compliance, and weather related property loss evaluation, i.e., hail damage, wind damage, etc.
