photogrammetry

Wolf has developed and refined techniques related to the science of photogrammetry that allow measurements of objects and features to be taken from photos and video images. Positions of crashed vehicles, heights of alleged criminals, positions of photographers and their cameras, lengths of skid marks, and the construction of building features are all examples of cases where Wolf personnel have successfully obtained critical information from photos and video images.

Beyond merely using a software application, Wolf has testified to the science on which the processes are based.

Once the evidence is obtained, Wolf will use it in conjunction with the source images and computer-generated content to provide compelling exhibits to assist jurors or other parties to understand the processes utilized and the significance of the results.
