Robert Pribush, Ph.D.


Dr. Pribush holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry degree from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts. He did postdoctoral research at the University of Southern California and is currently a full professor in the Department of Chemistry at Butler University, Indianapolis, IN. His professional experience includes technical consultation regarding arson investigations, fuel-related accidents involving spillage, fire or explosion, and industrial or consumer accidents. He is court qualified at federal and state levels as an expert witness.

Dr. Pribush has performed research for the department of the Army, the U.S. Air Force, and the Holcomb Research Institute. He has been chairman of the Indiana section of the American Chemical Society, chairman of the Advisory Board to ChemEd 83, a member of the advisory board to the American Chemical Society Office of Cooperative Education, and a university representative to the Indiana Alliance of Chemistry Teachers. Dr. Pribush also currently maintains memberships in the American Association of the Advancement of Science, the American Chemical Society, the Indiana Academy of Science, the National Science Teachers Association, Phi Kappa Phi. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists.

Dr. Pribush has published over twenty scientific papers that have been referenced in books and journals in six countries.
