Quality Assurance Program (Q A P)

Wolf has prepared strategic plans and objectives to support the company’s mission while meeting the client’s goals and objectives. Wolf has an overall systemic approach wherein each process step undergoes a development program that fully considers the limitations and requirements of the preceding and subsequent processing steps. Consequently, an integrated development approach is necessary in order to arrive at a solution which is capable of meeting all of the goals in each complex task. Several of Wolf’s key personnel have also interfaced with senior military members to develop and foster successful collaboration while functioning as an effective liaison and intermediary with the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, contractors, and local and state officials during contracts.
The Wolf Research and Development group utilizes knowledge and expertise from these diverse sources to effectively manage contracts and to inform policy makers.  The professionals working with Wolf and its subcontractors are committed to continuous improvement of communication, milestone tracking, technology development, quality assurance, timely delivery, and fiscally responsible contract management.

Wolf has a history of more than 34 years of meeting or exceeding specific deadlines and delivering work product and contract deliverables in a timely and cost-efficient manner.  In each U.S. government contract to date, Wolf has met all deadlines and has stayed within budget to meet or exceed the government expectations for the contracts. Wolf utilizes a phased engineering approach to meet small milestones that lead to larger contract requirements. Since this approach requires frequent assessment of progress, the Wolf Research and Development group has current status of work in progress available when needed.  The engineers working on these contracts contribute to these interim milestones and to the reporting necessary to keep accurate and current project-specific time and budget records.
