Mr. Hubert has an Associate Degree in Mechanical Drafting from Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Mr. Hubert's engineering project responsibilities include computer-aided design drawing, electronic survey of incident sites, inspection and measurement of vehicles and other project evidence, and field survey work.  He is also trained to perform our photogrammetry analysis and digital rectification of photographs for all types of projects.

He is trained by Engineering Dynamics in using the Human-Vehicle-Environment (HVE®) Simulation, and is responsible for creating roadway and scene surfaces and performing simulation exercises for automotive crash projects. 

Mr. Hubert is our Evidence Technician, and is responsible for the intake, custody, control and maintenance of our project evidence.
