CIVIL ENGINEERING
Mr. Weil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana. Mr. Weil completed both Northwestern University programs in Traffic Accident Investigation and Traffic Accident Reconstruction. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering, design, construction, and construction management fields. He has managed and inspected municipal, commercial, and residential projects. Mr. Weil holds both a Residential and Commercial Contractor’s license in Evansville, Indiana.
His specialties include building construction evaluation and consultation; construction defects analysis; building code and standards compliance, including ADA and OSHA compliance; slip, trip and fall accidents; drainage and other civil engineering and construction related issues.
